El(a) Coordinador(a) de la Institución Educativa Rafael Uribe Uribe, debe cumplir con los requisitos de ley y actitudes para el desempeño de su rol de administrador y acreditar título de Licenciado en educación o profesional con experiencia docente.
Además, debe propender por:
- Considerar al docente y al estudiante como parte muy importante del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
- Ser eficiente y participativo en el trabajo, actuando con solidaridad y democracia.
- Manejar un lenguaje cortés, sencillo y respetuoso propiciando alternativas que mejoren la convivencia escolar.
- Estar dotado de cualidades profesionales que favorezcan la toma de decisiones ágiles, la puesta en marcha de iniciativas, de entusiasmo, de seguridad y de confianza en sí mismo.
- Delegar funciones en comités organizados procurando la participación equilibrada y de acuerdo a las aptitudes del personal.
- Estar atento con los menesteres de la comunidad educativa, cualquiera que sea la situación que amerite un acompañamiento especial y que proponga alternativas de solución a los conflictos que se presenten.
